Frequently asked questions
Testing, shipping, storage, and how orders work. Still stuck? Reach out any time.
What does "research use only" mean? +
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not drugs, supplements, or food, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be consumed. Purchasers are responsible for handling them safely in a controlled research setting.
Are your products third-party tested? +
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by reverse-phase HPLC for identity and purity, typically to a 99%+ standard. A certificate of analysis is available for each lot.
How do I get a certificate of analysis? +
Each order ships with its lot's COA, and we can also send it on request — just reference your lot number. See the Lab Testing page for a sample of the format.
How are orders shipped? +
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from the USA. Lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature for transit; refrigerate or freeze on arrival. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept? +
This site is currently a preview — online checkout is not live yet. Card payments via Stripe are planned. In the meantime, reach out to arrange an order.
How should compounds be stored? +
Store lyophilized vials in a freezer (around −20°C) away from light for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the window appropriate to the compound.
Do you ship internationally? +
We currently focus on domestic (USA) research customers and institutions. Contact us about international research orders.
What is your return policy? +
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted items cannot be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be eligible within 14 days — see Shipping & Returns or contact us.
