Shipping & returns
How and when orders arrive, and what to do if something is not right.
Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day from within the USA. Orders after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves.
Transit & handling
Lyophilized compounds are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, so standard shipping is sufficient. On arrival, transfer vials to a freezer (around −20°C) for long-term storage. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated.
International orders
We currently prioritize domestic (USA) research customers. If you are ordering from outside the USA for a research institution, contact us first so we can confirm whether we can fulfill your order.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted items cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will make it right.
